Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product does not match the description
  • Customised or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customer pays for return.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be:

  • Unsed
  • In their original packaging
  • In resell able condition (unless damaged on arrival)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect: B1NTIME LTD covers the return cost
  • For all other returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping fees

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items.
For all other reasons, exchanges may be offered depending on stock availability.
